The SmartWorkout app offers strength training programs specifically designed to be used with SmartWorkout equipment and resistance bands. Whether at home, on the go, or outdoors, boost your performance and optimize your results by following our programs: hypertrophy, express workouts, muscle strengthening, toning, and weight loss.

Strength Training Programs

The programs are easy to follow: each week is divided into several workouts, with each exercise including the number of sets, the number of repetitions to perform, and a demonstration video.

For every exercise, you’ll find coaching tips to ensure proper equipment setup and correct movement execution.

Once a workout is completed, mark it as done to track your progress.

A complete app

Follow our coaches step by step and progress at your own pace. You can choose your favorite coach and find THE program suited to your goals among the 11 available programs.

Exercise Library

If you don’t know where to start, a library of over 150 exercises is available in the app. It is organized by muscle group and by SmartWorkout equipment for easy navigation. Each exercise includes a demonstration video, with explanations of the specific features related to SmartWorkout equipment and the resistance band bar.

Program Creation

You have the option to create your own program. This feature is ideal for designing the workouts you want to perform. You can integrate all resistance band exercises into your sessions, which you can directly select from the exercise library. This feature is available on the Training page of the app.
