SmartWorkout Elite has been designed to last over time. Gain muscles and strength is possible with SmartWorkout Elite only, no need of extra accessories. We wanted to design and offer a real gym equipment, not an interim accessory that will do the job for few weeks only and break after.
SmartWorkout Elite’s 5 differences are:
1. Total resistance: up to 160 kg. SmartWorkout Elite comes with 120 kg of resistance but 45 kg add on are available if you want to push your limits further.
2. Our resistance bands are made of natural latex, versus TPE plastic for standard resistance bands sets. The natural latex, more expensive, is needed to manufacture high quality resistance bands with good elasticity, strong resistance and longer lifetime.
3. Our musculation bar, which is included in SmartWorkout Elite.
4. Our anti-snap mechanism, designed for the workout bar.
5. Our reinforced accessories (handles, ankle straps and door anchor).

There is no limit and you can complete an infinity of exercises using our bar, handles and ankle straps.
However, we advise to focus on compound exercises such as Chest Press, Deadlift, Squat as these exercises are an excellent way to get your entire body physically fit and fully functional. -
The total weight of our best selling resistance bands set is approximately 2.5 kg without packaging (2.9 kg with).
The resistance bar measures 106 cm and can be detached into two parts, each measuring 53 cm. It has a diameter of 3.3 cm and weighs around 1.2 kg.
The 7 elastic bands measure 120 cm and can stretch up to 4 times their initial size without damaging. -
SmartWorkout Elite boasts a user-friendly design, weighing only 3 KG, and featuring a detachable bar that splits into two sections. This makes it hassle-free to transport, fitting easily into a bag or suitcase measuring over 53 cm in length.
Please note that while the set can fit into a carry-on suitcase, you should be aware of air travel regulations: the bar is classified as hazardous and is not permitted as a carry-on item
THE BANDS

After conducting extensive testing, we can confidently state that the risk of a SmartWorkout resistance band breaking, provided you follow our usage guidelines, is virtually negligible. Our resistance bands are crafted from natural latex, an exceptionally flexible and durable material that maintains its integrity over time.
However, it's essential to adhere to a few straightforward rules, such as avoiding overstretching the band beyond four times its original length, securing the bands symmetrically, and refraining from using them on sharp or rough surfaces. Rest assured, all these details are comprehensively explained in the user guide that accompanies your order.
In the highly improbable event of an fitness band breaking, it will naturally retract downward. This is why we recommend training while wearing shoes. Consequently, the risk of injury remains exceedingly low, even in the unlikely event of a band breakage. -
Our resistance bands measure 1.20 meters and possess the remarkable ability to stretch up to 6 to 7 times their original length, thanks to the exceptional quality of natural latex we use.
However, to ensure their longevity, we recommend a maximum stretch of 4 times their initial size, which equates to 4.80 meters or 2.40 meters when folded. Consequently, our resistance bands accommodate users of all heights.In fact, Lucas, the co-founder of SmartWorkout, stands at 1.90 meters and incorporates our equipment into his daily training regimen. Thus, your height should never hinder your fitness journey.
For exercises that entail significant stretching, such as Squats or Overhead Presses, we do recommend some extra precautions:
- Squat and Front Squat: You may opt for a narrower stance to minimize excessive stretching or consider unilateral lunges.
- Overhead Press: To reduce the stretch slightly, utilize a single foot to anchor the band instead of both feet.

Absolutely! Our resistance bands are engineered to deliver effectiveness regardless of height, making them suitable for a diverse range of users.
While it's true that shorter individuals might experience slightly less stretch in exercises where the feet block the bands (like bicep curls, squats, or lunges), a simple adjustment in your stance can compensate for this, ensuring you receive optimal resistance right from the start of the movement.
For other exercises that utilize external support to anchor the bands, such as a door anchor or outdoor anchor, your height won't impact the resistance or effectiveness of the bands in any way.

Over time, natural latex bands may undergo oxidation, resulting in the appearance of white spots or color variations. This oxidation process can be accelerated by prolonged exposure to external elements such as humidity, wind, heat, cold, or even the surrounding air.
While this doesn't compromise the strength of the bands, we recommend storing them in the designated SmartWorkout bag after each use and keeping them indoors to minimize the impact of these factors.If you'd like to clean and refresh the bands' color, you can use silicone oil.
THE BAR

We do not recommend using our resistance bar with other fitness bands as they may not be compatible with our equipment.
Many resistance bands typically come with small carabiners that may not be robust enough for use with our bar. In contrast, our resistance band set includes large, sturdy carabiners designed to attach securely to the non-deformable rings of our bands, ensuring maximum safety.To fully enjoy the benefits of our resistance band bar and have an intense workout, it's advisable to use resistance bands with relatively high resistance. Such bands may not be readily available in the majority of band sets commonly found in the market.
If you still prefer to use your own resistance bands, make sure that the carabiners are tightly closed and securely fastened before each exercise.

Absolutely no need to worry! The fact that the attachments at the ends of the bar are movable is completely normal.

As natural latex isn't an exact science, replicating precise resistance levels on the bands can be challenging:
The perceived resistance largely depends on how much the bands are stretched. Numerous factors influence their stretch, including your height, foot positioning, door distance, and how the bands are wound.
As a result, the resistance experienced during exercises like the Overhead Press may differ from that during Biceps Curls if the foot width remains the same.
Typically, the resistance level indicated on the bands is achieved when the band is stretched to four times its initial size (twice on each side). We strongly recommend watching our exercise demonstration videos to help you achieve this optimal stretch.
For the Deadlift and Row, where the band is wrapped around the bar, the perceived resistance is approximately 1.5 times the resistance indicated on the band.
This understanding will help you make the most out of your workouts with SmartWorkout resistance bands.
