Pair of ankle straps for resistance bands

Ankle straps are very popular for leg and glute isolation exercises such as Leg Curl and Donkey Kick; but also for abdominal exercises such as Mountain Climber, Crunch Bicycle or Leg Extension.
Thanks to a reinforced sewing technique, they support up to 100 kg of resistance.
Did you know? This is the second version of our ankle straps. The length and therefore the diameter have been doubled so that the fabric lining completely covers the ankle, which prevents friction against the skin.
