The attachments for resistance bands are directly integrated into the bar, without intermediate fabric, allowing to support a heavy load.
The bar is covered with non-slip foam rubber to ensure a good grip.

We all know stories about bands snapping - rest assured, this won’t happen with SmartWorkout.
Each band has two unbreakable, non-deformable steel rings that clip to the bar with strong carabiners. Not only is this system unbreakable and safer, it is also more convenient and faster to clip and unclip the bands.
SmartWorkout difference : Standard elastic bands sets have individual carabiners at the edge of each band, which are usually fragile and break quickly.
