We design our resistance bands sets to help you stay in top shape and achieve your ideal physique. Nevertheless, it is possible that our elastics do not fully suit you, and it is possible to make a return. Don't hesitate to contact us before making an order if you are not sure whether our products are suitable for you, we will answer all your questions.
DELAY :
You have up to 14 days after order confirmation to return your product to us. If more than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to accept your refund request.

HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER?
If you wish to return one or more of the products you have received, you must send us your request by email to the following address : info@smartworkout-pro.com, indicating the reasons for this choice and your order number.
On receipt of your request, we will, if possible, send you a shipping label to our French warehouse that you should print and affix to the box and we will deduct 25€ from the refundable amount.
WHICH PRODUCT IS ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN ?
All of our products are eligible for return as long as the return is announced within 14 days of the purchase date.
Please note that only the value of your order is eligible for a refund. Any potential shipping charges paid at the time of order will not be refunded.
IN WHAT CONDITION MUST THE ITEM BE RETURNED ?
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be intact. Each returned product must be in its original packaging, accompanied by the delivery note, protective films and all accessories received. If the product is not intact, no refund will be issued.
ARE THERE ANY RETURN FEES ?
The shipping cost to return your items are at your expenses. As we provide a return label, we will retain 25€ corresponding to the shipping costs on the amount of your refund.
WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY REFUND ?
Once we have received and inspected the returned items and if the return procedure has been followed, we will process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to the payment method used in your order within 14 days.
If you have not received your refund after 14 days:
- Please check your bank account again to verify that the transaction is actually missing.
- Contact your credit card entity, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund appears.

WHAT ABOUT DEFECTIVE OR INCOMPLETE ARTICLES?
SmartWorkout stands behind the quality of its elastics and equipment.
If any of your items are defective or your order is incomplete, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of the package at info@smartworkout-pro.com along with photos or videos that allow us to accurately identify the problem encountered.
If the item is confirmed as defective, we will send you back the item to be replaced free of charge.
We thank you for respecting these deadlines since these are the deadlines imposed by the carriers to open a claim against them.
