In France, our delivery time is between 1 to 5 working days.
- Express delivery*: 1 to 2 working days (Chrono 18, more information here).
- Home delivery, standard: 3 to 5 working days
- Delivery in a pick-up location: 2 to 5 working days
For international deliveries, please allow a few extra days depending on your destination. The delivery times to the main destinations are:
- Belgium: 3 to 5 working days
- Germany: 2 to 3 working days
- Austria : 3 to 5 working days
- Netherlands : 3 to 5 working days
- Italy : 3 to 5 working days
- Spain : 3 to 6 working days
- Switzerland: 5 to 8 working days
Delivery times are indicated at the checkout, just before the order confirmation. Please kindly note that all delivery times are indicative, only the delay of Express Delivery with an extra fees is guaranteed.
If you do not receive your item within 30 days and no attempt has been made to deliver it, we will refund your purchase in full without any request for a return.
Our delivery fees vary from one country to another. They are indicated during the checkout, just before the order is confirmed.
We offre a free shipping in Europe from 100€.
We reserve the right to cancel your order if we are unable to provide a delivery at price shown in the checkout.
In France, we work with Chronopost to offer an Express delivery and have chosen the Chrono 18 offer.
Your package is delivered the next day (D+1) before 6pm in Metropolitan France from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays, if your order is prepared before 7:30am the same day (D+0). Our preparation time varies from 2:00 to 24:00 from Monday to Friday.
For some coastal islands and Corsica, the delay may be extended by one day. The day after public holidays, the delivery can be done the same day without any commitment of time.

In most European countries, we work with UPS for Express Delivery, in a - 2 business days.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING NUMBER
An email will be sent to you with your tracking number once your order has been shipped, i.e. 1 to 2 working days after confirmation of your order, and a tracking link.
PACKAGE RETURNED TO SENDER
If a package is returned to us (e.g. refusal to accept the package, package not picked up at the post office or at a relay point, error in the delivery address); we will retain EUR 25 on the value of your purchase before refunding. These costs correspond to administrative costs, shipping costs and restocking costs.
